ASUS M2N32-SLI Premium Vista Edition does NOT support TPM

This ASUS motherboard has the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Header. If you install an ASUS TPM/FW3.19 module, you can see it in the BIOS and set it to ENABLED. But I could NOT get it to work with Windows 7 64 bit.

Tried all the available BIOS versions and every type of TPM/TCG (Trusted Computer Group) software I could find including Microsoft's built-in tpm.msc and the Infineon Trusted Platform Module Application. Tested on two different ASUS M2N32 motherboards with two different TPM Modules. In all cases, when the software attempted to Initialize the TPM, it would reboot the box but no "physical presence" screen would show up in the BIOS and the BIOS TPM settings remained unchanged. Then in Windows, the TPM software would report an error.

When I moved to a new ASUS Motherboard (Z97-A) the same TPM Module worked perfectly, exactly as expected. My guess is that the ASUS M2N32 BIOS Support for the TPM Module either is incomplete or buggy.
